Personal Banking Officer (Code: PBO)

Responsibilities :

Ensure sales target are achieved
Maintain good relationship with customers
Acquire new customers
Requirements ;

Bachelor Degrees in any field from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
Minimum 1 year experience in marketing
Understanding of Retail Banking products and services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
Target and Customer Satisfaction oriented
Communicative and persuasive, able to conduct interesting presentation
Quickly adapt in any kind of situation
Sales & Service Officer (Code: SSO)

Responsibilities :

Ensure sales target are achieved
Ensure excellent customer experience
Handle all customer inquiries and complaints
Complete application document and related administration process
Requirements :

A Diploma degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
Fresh graduate
Proficient in the use of computer based office tools MS Word and MS Excel•
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
